Anger – How it affects You

Anger, madness or hot-temper doesn’t need to be explained because everyone experiences it once in a while though some people seem to be in that state of mind more often than others. Uncontrolled anger has done a lot of harm to humanity, who among us has not been affected by anger even in our immediate families? A good strategy is to know when to walk away, quit, avoid and let go of our ego because  most of us are not humble enough to let someone have their way. In the interest of peace you may have to swallow your pride, keep quiet and let the stubborn person have their way. You may be expressing your dislike or frustration through explosive anger but bear in mind that the person who’s health is being adversely affected is you. When you realize that you are hurting yourself more than anybody else you should try everything possible to calm down and save yourself from the consequences of anger. The purpose of this blog is to explain the adverse effects of constant uncontrolled anger and why you should not let it control your life.
