Eat more of high-fiber diet to avoid constipation which can worsen overactive bladder. Bladder retraining can help with the condition. This means holding urine longer than usual before going to urinate thus retrains the bladder to hold urine longer.
Medical treatment: The treatment will depend on the underlying cause of the problem. You should seek the advice of your personal physician who knows best about your condition.
